Migraine Disease Plus A Blog A Day
I'm going to try something way out of my comfort zone - blogging, even a tiny bit, everyday for one month. April isNational Blog Post Month and along with other Health Activists I've accepted this challenge to blog every day for the Health Activist Writer’s Month Challenge. So here we go.
Migraine and my health take up a large portion of my time. When some one asks how I'm feeling, at times it's difficult to explain. Is the person asking because they are really interested in my health and well being, or just asking for the sake of being polite?
So I'm going to put a little spin on the word HEALTH and see what happens:
- Hey, how are you feeling today?
- Ever have a day without pain?
- Always feeling head pain must make you feel blue
- Living with pain is not what it seems
- There is hope
- Helpless no more, I'm striving for more.
