NHBPM Day 16 Migraines And The Little Head That Could
Today is Day 16 of the 30 blog post challenge sponsored by WEGO. The topic for the day is "I think I can" or the Little Engine Post. We are to write a list post with 10 or so lines that start each with “I think I can…” then write 5 lines at the end that start with “I know I can.”
I think I can assist Migraineurs become better educated.
I think I can continue having wonderful people come to the WNY Migraine and Headache disorder support group meetings.
I think I can help try to end Migraine stigma.
I think I can be a proactive source for concussion education and prevention in our local schools.
I think I can continue to keep a Migraine diary to see where I’ve been and where I’m going.
I think I can accomplish wonderful things being who I am.
I think I can finish my kitchen cabinets before the end of 2011!
I think I can make a difference in a person’s life.
I think I can continue to follow a healthy eating plan.
I think I can seriously start to think about exercising more regularly!
I know I make a difference in Migraineurs lives.
I know I can help move Migraine disease and headache disorder education forward.
I know I can be a better-utilized asset in the field of Migraines and headache disorders.
I know I can continue to learn, absorb and educate myself about Migraine disease, headache disorders and traumatic brain injury.
I know I will continue to share what I learn and absorb about Migraine disease, headache disorders and traumatic brain injury with anyone who will listen to me.
