Manage Migraines This Holiday: WNY Migraine and Headache Support Meeting 11/28/11
It's time again for the Western New York Migraine and Headache Disorder Support Group Meeting 11/28/11.
Please join us for the next meeting of the Western New York Migraine and Headache Disorder Support Group on Monday November 28, 2011 at 7pm. We meet in the All Care for Women building at 6095 Transit Road in East Amherst, N. Y. 14051.
The holidays can be a stressful time for everyone. Between shopping, cooking and family commitments we may see an increase in our Migraine frequency. At Monday night's meeting we discuss some ways we can manage our Migraines and headaches during the holiday season.
