Telcagepant by Merck Dropped as Migraine Medication
For those Migraineurs who use triptans (medications used to stop the Migrainous process) effectively, the recent news that Merck Pharmaceuticals is stopping its plans to go ahead with the FDA approval of Telcagepant is not really a big issue. But for those Migraineurs who have cardiovascular conditions, options for stopping a Migraine attack remain limited.
