My First Award in Migraine Blogging

I've been given A Lovely Blog Award, my first award! WinnyNinny PooPoo at No Extended Warranty nominated me for it and I am so very thankful.  As my blog is just starting out, and this award is so unexpected, I am practically rendered speechless. It almost goes hand in hand with my new mantra -which I'm not quite ready to share yet!!

When we accept this award, there are a few responsibilities that come with it. There are:
